Understanding is the key issues of life. Without understanding our situation will become worsen and state of confusion.  As human, collaboration is very essential and for us to collaborate to solve our climate issues and risk reduction, there must be digestion of each others perspective. Understanding each others perspective does not come easily and not on a plater of gold but on an effective dialogue  between two parties. To be able to solve the problem arises locally, nationally, internationally, we need collaboration with result.
