Understanding is the key to collaboration

Understanding is the key issues of life. Without understanding our situation will become worsen and state of confusion.
As human, collaboration is very essential and for us to collaborate to solve our climate issues and risk reduction, there must be digestion of each others perspective.
Understanding each others perspective does not come easily and not on a plater of gold but on an effective dialogue  between two parties.
To be able to solve the problem arises locally, nationally, internationally, we need collaboration with result.
In the process of collaboration, there will be dialoguing, through dialoguing, there is solution to the now challenges and the future problem that might arises.
Lack of understanding result to different voices that lead to different aim, goal, vision and objectives which lead to productivity and destruction.
Lack of understanding help promoting long dialoguing that leave stakeholders no choice in promoting same issue without solution.
Lack of understanding result to bridging neighbor privacy. Lead to deceit and inaction of the people. It help the situation become more worsen.
The major problem facing in our world today, organisation, institution is the lack of understanding. That why we remain on the same issue for years before the solution could finally emerge. If we want our world to be peaceful and stand the test of time, be governable and multi stakeholders inclined. Everyone must key into the same vision and objectives. This will help us to achieve much in little years.
